Magnesium helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins, fats and maintain proper muscle function. Methyltetrahydrafolate helps the body to metabolize proteins and form red blood cells. Vitamin D helps to maintain immune function and it also helps in the development and maintenance of teeth and bones as well as in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. Directions (Adults): Mix 10 g (1 scoop) into 250 ml – 500 ml (1-2 cups) water or unsweetened fruit juice once daily or as directed by your Health Care Professional. Follow with 1 cup of water.
